I dont know the measurements, I use my common sense :-p

put 1/6 cup of the juice itself, in a mixer.. put sugar, 4 table spoons yenfa3. And I put ice cubes and mix them, it makes an ugly sound until the cubes break bas ba3dain it makes a lovely juice, cold and yummy and the ice makes a foamy thing on the top :-D
